Foldsters Projects

Customer-facing apps, games, and integrations shipped under my own studio

Foldsters is the studio I ship product work under — interactive web and mobile apps, games, and the integration glue that connects them to real-time backends and third-party services. A few representative builds:

Stars of the Show

datastar.tv · real-time audience voting

A live-competition platform where an audience follows a roster of contestants and votes in real time as the show progresses. Contestant profiles with in-browser photo cropping, a staged voting lifecycle, and a reactive backend (Convex) so standings update instantly for every viewer at once — the interesting part is keeping many clients consistent through each phase of the show without anyone hitting refresh.

guessr47

a music hit-guessing game

A browser game built around guessing songs — the kind of tight, latency-sensitive interactive loop where the feel of the interaction is the product. Small, self-contained, and shipped.

The through-line

Across these, the work is the same: take a real-time or third-party capability — a live backend, a streaming service, a media API — and wrap it in an interface people actually enjoy using. It's the same instinct as the rest of my work, pointed at consumer products instead of internal tooling: close the gap between a capability and the person using it.
